We can help you install and connect a wide variety of easy-to-use smart devices! This includes video doorbells (like Ring or Nest), voice-controlled smart assistants (like Amazon Alexa or Google Home), smart lighting and plugs, automated locks, and smart thermostats. We focus on non-invasive technology that makes your home safer and easier to manage.

2. Can you help me set up my Smart TV streaming apps or connect my printer?

Yes! In addition to smart home safety tech, we are happy to help you organize your Smart TV streaming apps (like Netflix, YouTube, or Crave), sync your remotes, set up your home Wi-Fi routers, and troubleshoot computer and printer issues. We make sure your everyday entertainment and communication devices work flawlessly.

3. Do I need to buy the smart devices before our appointment, or do you provide them?

You own every piece of equipment! If you already have the device in a box, we will come and install it for you. If you aren't sure what to buy, we can have a quick phone consultation to recommend the best, most senior-friendly smart locks, cameras, or lights for your specific needs, and you can purchase them at your local hardware or electronics store.
